Warm-up:  3 Rounds:  20 Jumping Jacks, 30 Seconds Holding in the Bottom of the Squat, 10 Lunges

 

Strength/Skill:  Row 2500 Meters for Time

 

WOD:

AMRAP 16 Minutes

1 Muscle Up

3 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

5 Front Squats (95/65)

7 Push Jerks (95/65)

Run to Branard and Back (or 400 meter row)

*Scale for MU is 3 C2b/3 Ring Dips or 10 Push-ups

 

Cool down:  5 Rounds:  10 DUs / 10 Ab Mat Sit-ups
