Run to West Alabama and Back

Then 2 Rounds of:

10 Air Squats

Skill/Strength

OHS Review with PVC

Then 4 Rounds of:

10 OHS (45#/15#)

Run to W Main / Audley Stop Sign and back

 

WOD:

50 Slam Ball Sit-ups

Run to West Alabama and back

80 “Swimmers”

Run to West Alabama and back

30 Slam Balls

Run to West Alabama and back

20 Burpees

 

Cool Down

4 Rounds of 1:00 Wall Sits with :30 second rest in between
