Warm-up: Run to Audley, Lunge throughout the gym, Run the Block , Burpee Broad Jump throughout gym
Teams of 2 (or can be done solo):
Workout: Run the Block, 29 back squats from the ground (135/95), 7 rounds
Must run together, but you can break up the backsquats however you like.
