Warm-up – Jog to Eastside Red light and back, then…

Dueling Partners, for 4 minutes, do 30 secs each of Push-ups, Jumping Jacks, Jumping Lunges and Burpees.  Challenge each other, Winner gets Bragging rights for a lifetime…

Strength – 3×5 Benchpress (Add 2.5-5lbs to last 3×5)

WOD – Lucky Day

AMRAP 12 minutes

9 Box Jumps

15 Single arm Kettlebell Snatches

21 Slam Ball

Cool Down – 5 Triple Unders, 50 Double Unders, 100 Singles in that order.  If you don’t have TUs or DUs, spend 5 minutes working on each.
