Warm-up: Jog to West Alabama, 30 Squats, Jog to Sul Ross, 20 Squats, Jog to Branard, 10 Squats

Strength:Work up to a 10 rep max Dumbbell Squat Clean.  Reps must be continuous, all 10 reps in a row.  You may use Kettlebells as well.

100 Double Unders

90 True Push-ups

80 Double Unders

70 True Push-ups

60 Double Unders

50 True Push-ups

40 Double Unders

30 True Push-ups

20 Double Unders

10 True Push-ups

Note: True Push-ups are done full range of motion on top of two bumper plates so that your chest is lowered below the parallel line of the bumper plates
