Warm-up: Run Block, 3 Rounds: 5x Inch Worm, 6x Burpee Broad Jump, 10x Supine Ring Row. Then, Bear Crawl Length of Gym

Strength: Bench Press: 5-3-3-3-1 Build each set- Last set should be max load.

WOD: 2 Rounds for time:

  • 50/40x Calorie Row
  • 40x Double Under (80 Singles)
  • 30x Wall Ball (20/14)
  • 20x Clean and Jerk (115/85)
  • 10x Burpee Box Jump

Cool Down: Planks:  4 Sets:  1:00 on/off
