Warm up

500m row

Grab barbell at a comfortable weight and perform:

2 Rounds of 5 dead lift, 5 hang power cleans, 5 front squats, 5 push jerks

 

Strength/Skill

25min to review and find – 1RM SQUAT Clean and Jerk

 

WOD

10min AMRAP

5 squat cleans (60% of 1RM, if not able then go heavy as possible while keeping proper form)

10 HSPU

20 DU’s

 

Cool Down

2 rds – 5 instep stretch each leg (20 second hold), 10 pass throughs, 10 good mornings, 15 sit ups, 15 supermans
