Warm-up:  10 rounds:  10 Double Unders, 5 Burpees/Burpee Broad Jumps

Strength: Bench Press 5X3 AHAP (16 Minutes Max)

WOD: “Break it on Up!”

Break this up however you want:

2000 Meter Row

100 Back Squats (135/95)

Suggestions:  4 Rounds:  500 Meter Row, 25 Back Squats

or 10 Rounds:  200 Meter Row, 10 Back Squats

or 400 Meter Row, 20 Back Squats

however you want, Just do it.

Cool Down: 4 Rounds:  10 Plate Ups (aka Coach Sarah’s ABS), 20 4-Count Flutter Kicks
