Warm-up:   4 sets: Parking Lot Run, Skip back, 10x Alternating Single arm DB Hang Snatch, 10x Floor Press with Dumbbells, 10x Lunges

Strength: Bench Press 3X8 at the same weight you did 4X6

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x Slam Ball, 25m Farmer carry reverse walking lunge, 25m Burpee broad jump. 

WOD: 16:00 AMRAP: 

  • 5x Devil’s Press (35/20)
  • 10x Wall Ball (20/14)
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back

Cool Down: 4 Sets:  20 Hollow Rocks
