Strength: Deadlift: 3X10 (make every attempt to do a little more than you did at 4X8)
Stamina: 1 Round, not for time: 100x Sledge Strike, 30x Turkish Get up, 400m Buddy Carry (Each).
WOD1: 4 Sets: In 3:00 Complete:
- 300/200m Row
- 8x Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
- Max Power Snatch (95/65) in remaining time – Please record 4 Scores
*Rest 2:00 between sets.
WOD 2: Final 8 minutes of class, perform Annie (8 minutes max)
50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders (2X Singles) and AbMat Sit-ups
Score is Time or Reps out of 300, out of 8 minutes
Cool Down: Wall Sits: 4 Sets: 1:00 on/off (these can be done between deadlift sets)
