Warm-up: AMRAP 12 Minutes, Parking Lot Run, 12x RKBS, 12x Jumping Air Squat, Lunge Across Gym

Strength: Deadlift: 4X6 (increase weight from last week).

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 25m Walking DB RDL, 10x 50m Burpee broad jump, 200m Farmer carry.

WOD: 16:00 AMRAP:

  • 10x Dumbbell Thrusters (40/25)
  • 8x Box Jump (24/20)
  • 30x Double unders (60 Singles)

Cool Down: 5x 15 GHD Sit-ups (Can be done in between Deadlift Sets)
