Warm-up: Eastside Lap, Bear Crawl through gym, 5 Inchworms, then 3 Handstand Holds at 0:30 each
Strength: Benchpress: 5×5 (warm-up then keep all sets heavy and the same)
Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 8x Man Maker (40/25), 12x Chest to bar chin up, 16x Arc ball slam.
WOD: 20:00 AMRAP:
- 15/10 Calorie Bike (start folks on T2B or WB to share bikes)
- Note: C2Bikes are 2X so 30/20
- 10x Toes to Bar
- 15x Wall Ball (14/10) – YES, Lighter!
- 30 Double Unders (60 Singles is Scaled)
Cool Down: 5x 10 V-ups, Rest Between Sets (this can also be done between Benchpress sets)
