Warm-up:  W. Alabama Run, then 21-15-9 Wall Ball Push Press, Wall Ball Sit-ups, 2X Mountain Climbers

Strength: Strict Press: 5×5 (warm-up then keep all sets heavy and the same)

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carry to the End of the Parking Lot and Back, Increasing weight each round

WOD: 4 x 4:00 Rounds, 1:00 Rest in Between
1 Power Clean (185/135) – Always Stays as One Rep

2 Burpees over the Bar

3 Slam Balls

1st Round:   1,2,3 / 1,2,3 / 1,2,3 / 1,2,3, etc.

2nd Round: 1,4,6 / 1,4,6 /1,4,6 /1,4,6, etc. 

3rd Round: 1,6,9 / 1,6,9 / 1,6,9 / 1,6,9, etc. 

4th Round: 1,8,12 / 1,8,12 / 1,8,12 / 1,8,12 , etc. 

Score is Total Cleans Each Round (don’t bother with any extra, just total Cleans!)

Cool Down: 5x 1:00 planks on/off
