Warm-up: 3 sets, not for time: Block Run, 10x DB thruster, 10x Burpee.
Strength: Back Squat: 5×5 (Warm-up and then keep the sets heavy and the same)
Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 10x Slam Ball – Burpee broad jump, 20x goblet Cossacks squat, 100m sled sprint.
WOD: 4 Rounds for time:
- 20x Kettlebell swing (55/35)
- 10x Thruster (135/95)
- Block Run
Cool Down: 3 Sets: 25 GHD Sit-ups
