Warm-up:  400m Run to Branard, 3 Rounds: 10x 4 count Mt. Climbers, 10x Push-ups, Bear Crawl Gym, then 400m Run to JITB

Strength: 5×7 Bench Press AHAP

Stamina (don’t post on board): 1 Round, not for time: 800m Buddy Carry, 800m Farmer Carry, 60x Burpee- Pull up.

WOD: 15:00 Ascending Ladder:

  • 1x Hang Power Snatch (135/95)RX
  • 2x DB Thruster (50/30)
  • 3x Burpee over Bar

(1/2/3, 2/4/6, 3/6/9, 4/8/12….start over and repeat)

Cool Down: Wall Sits:  5 Sets: 1:00 on/off
