Warm-up: Block Run, Line Drills drills then, 3 rounds: 250m Row, 10x  SDHP with KBs, 10x Burpees.

Strength: Deadlift: EMOM- 12 min: 2 Reps @ 65%

WOD: 20 min. AMRAP:

  • 10x Slamballs (30+/20+)
  • 10x sit-ups with Slamball
  • 10X Thrusters with Slamball
  • 10X Lunges holding Slamball
  • 300m Run with Slamball (around the block)

Cool Down:

4 Rounds:  10 V Ups, 20 Toes to Pole
