Warm-up: 2 Rounds: Block run, Gym Walking Lunge, 20x Air Squat, 10x 8 Count Body Builders.
Strength: 5×7 Back Squat AHAP (heavier than the week before!)
Stamina (don’t post on board): 3 Rounds, not for time: 800m Run with weight plate (45/35), 20x Burpee lateral box step over, 50x Jumping lunge.
WOD: 5 Sets:
- 7x Power Clean (165/115)
- 10x Toes to Bar
- 50 Double Unders
Cool Down: 4 Sets of 10 Wallball Sit-ups (against a wall) (20/14)
