Warm-up:  Eastside Lap, 30 (4-Count) Mountain Climbers, 20 Lunges

Strength: Barbell Complex: (3) 2:00 ROUNDS for Max Unbroken Reps/3:00 rest after each set:

Complex is: 1 Power Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean, 1 Thruster, 1 Backsquat, 1 Rack Jerk

Perform this as many times without letting go of the bar. You may rest on body.
