Warm-up: 1 Mile Run for time 

Strength/Skill: 100 Sit-ups For Time!

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Walk, rest between sets. Use whatever odd objects or weights you have for about 200 meters. 

WOD:  Partner WOD:  One Person Working at a Time

100 Front Squats (95/65)

90 Burpees

80 Power Cleans (95/65)

70 V-ups

60 Shoulder to Overhead

50 Step ups or Box Jumps (24/20)

40 Bicep Curls with barbell (95/65)

30 Backsquats (95/65)

20 Push-ups on the Bar

Run 400 meters together!
