Warm-up:  Block Run, THEN……..

Meet in Parking Lot: One Step Squats Across Lot, High Knees Back, Butt Kickers Across Lot, Side Shuffle, turn other side midway – Repeat!

WOD:  “80’s Child” – 40 Minute AMRAP (Yes, 40, because if you were born in 1980, you are NOW 40!!!)

With a Partner, one person working at a time. Or, Split Reps in Half if By Yourself!

80 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

80 Slam Balls (30/20)

80 Burpees

80 Plate Overhead Lunges (25/15)
