Skill: Assault Bike; 50 Calorie Ride for Time (7 Minute Cap)

Skill:  Review HSPU and Power Snatch

WOD:  4 Rounds:

Run 400 Meters

10 HSPU

10 Powersnatch (115/75)

Cool Down:  Water and Stretching on your own!
