Strength: Strict Press10 min. EMOM – 3 reps @60% 1RM

Work Capacity: 5 rounds for time:

  • 10x Pull up
  • 20x Wall Ball
  • 30x Double Under
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back

Cool Down: 3 sets: 12x Evil wheels, 12x V- up, 12x Strict Toe to Bar.
