Warm-up: 3 Rounds: Block Run, 15x KB Deadlift, 10x 4 count Mt. Climbers.
Strength: Sumo Deadlift: 3-3-3-1-1 Build each set- Last set should be max load.
Stamina (don’t post): 1 Round, not for time: 400m Sled Pull, 800m Farmer Carry, 800m Buddy Carry.
WOD: 20:00 AMRAP (work 9 minutes, rest 2 minutes, work 9 minutes)
- 10x Box Jump Over
- 10x Toes to Bar or GHD
- 10x Overhead Squat (95/65)
- Carry an odd object or farmers carry to the BBQ Pit and back (ouch, Chevy! It’s further away!)
Cool Down: 8 X Parking lot sprints (EMOM, rest remainder of minute) – own your own
