Memorial Park WOD (Home WOD #7)

Meet at the Volleyball Courts on Picnic Lane! Park in the parking lot or on the street. We will walk across the street and run to the right.

WOD: Run to the first set of pull-up bars.

4 Sets of 5 Pullups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Dips at the Gazebo

Continuing running, and perform 10 Step ups at each bench you pass!

Run to the second set of pull-up bars (Tennis Center)

4 Sets of 5 Pullups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Dips at the Benches

Continuing running, and perform 10 Push ups on the back of each bench you pass!

Run to the third set of pull-up bars

4 Sets of 5 Pullups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Dips at the Benches

Continuing running, and perform 10 Step ups at each bench you pass!

Run back to the stoplight and cross the street safely!
