Warm-up:  Run for 10 Minutes, or for a mile-ish then, 3 Rounds: 20 Air Squats, 15 Push-ups, 10 Burpees

WOD: “Leg Day!!!!”

5 Rounds:

50 Double Unders (50 Singles or Jumping Jacks is great!)

40 Mountain Climbers

30 Alternating Lunges (do Curtsy Lunges every other round!)

20 Air Squats

10 Burpees

Run 200 Meters!
