Warm-up: (This Warm-up is Legit!)

5 Rounds: 10 Push up Position Shoulder Taps, 10 Air Squats, 10 V-ups, 10 Lunges

WOD:  (Find a line/object to jump over)

6 Minute AMRAP:

One Push-up, One V-up, 10 Lateral Jumps (over the Line/object)

2-2-10, 3-3-10, 4-4-10, etc. 

Rest 2:00, then, 6 Minute AMRAP:

One Jumping Air Squat (or regular Air Squat is Fine!), One Curtsy Lunge

Run 3 houses down and back. 

2-2-Run, 3-3-Run, 4-4-Run, 5-5-Run

Rest 2:00, then, 6 Minute AMRAP:

One Squat Thrust (Jump into a plank then jump back up!), One Broad Jump, 10 Jumping Jacks

2-2-10, 3-3-10, 4-4-10,etc.
