WOD: Try this with a Partner! 6 Feet Apart or with someone you are close with or live with! 10 Rounds Total
Each partner MUST complete the full round, before the other partner can begin their round!
200 Meter Row (sub with a 200 Meter Run! Think of running to Audley out front or to Balthazar Cellars out back!)
30 Double Unders (60 Singles)
20 Slam Balls (if you have a Wall Ball, you can use that!), no slam ball or wallball, perform 20 Lunges
15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
10 Wallballs, no wallball, perform 10 Air squats
Carry the Wallball 200 meters and back!
Rest while your partner does all of these above!
