Strength: Deadlift 5×8 @ 60% with 40 Lunges in between sets

WOD: 11 min. AMRAP:

  • 1 HSC (Dumbbells AHAP)
  • 1 Strict Pull-up
  • 2 HSC
  • 2 Pull-ups
  • 3 HSC
  • 3 Pull-ups
  • etc.

Cool Down:  3 Rounds:  10 V-ups, 10 SuperMans
