- As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 60 minutes
- 17 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
- 75 Air Squats
At the end of each round, unload the barbell and carry it to the dumpster and back. Return to the plates and then carry one plate at a time to the dumpster and back forward to the barbell. Reload the barbell and repeat the above. Happy Birthday U.S. Army!!!!
