Strength: Front Squat 5×2 @ 90%

WOD:

7 min. AMRAP:

  • 15x Slam Balls (30+/20+)
  • 30x Double Unders

Rest 3 min.

5 min. AMRAP:

  • 15x Lunge Steps Holding Slam Ball (30+/20+)
  • 30x Russian Twists with Slam Ball

 

Cool Down:
