Strength: Back Squat: 5×4 – Super Set 10x Squat-Tuck Jump.

WOD: AMRAP 15

  • 10x Lateral Box Jump (20/20)
  • 8x Toes to Bar

Minutes 12:01 – 15:00 Max Burpees over Dumbbell
