Warm-up: Eastside Lap, then 3 Rounds, 5 HPC, 5 Front Squats, 5 Push Press with an Empty Bar (Please don’t drop empty bars)

Strength: Clean (yes, Squat) – 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1

WOD: 4 Rounds for time:

  • 50x Double Under (100 singles)
  • 10x Front Squats/Back Squats from the ground (135/95) – Alternate each round
  • Run to the End of the Parking Lot and Back

Cool Down: 3 Rounds:  10 Mountain Climbers, 1:00 Plank Hold
