Run to JITB or turn right and run to the large Palm Trees on Richmond

15 Air Squats, 14 Sit-ups, 13 Air Squats, 12 Sit-ups, etc…….. 3 Air Squats, 2 Sit-ups, 1 Air Squat

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skill/Strength

5X5 Back Squat (maintain SAME weight for all 5 Sets)

WOD

Death by Air Squat and Pushup

Minute 1: 1 Air Squat and 1 Push-up

Minute 2: 2 Air Squats and 2 Push-ups

Continue until you can not complete the reps in that Minute!

Cool Down

Water, Stretch, Water!!!
