Warm-up:  then 800m run, 3 rounds: 10x Knees to elbow, 10x light Wall Ball, 10x Burpees.

Strength: Overhead Squat 9×3 @ 85% (Estimated 15 minutes, get through as many rounds as possible)

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 24x Air Squat
  • 21x Kettlebell Swing (55/35)
  • 18x Sit up
  • 15x Burpees

Cool Dow: 3 Rounds:  10 Hollow Rocks, 5 Super Mans
