Warm-up:  2 Rounds: Block Run, 25m Inch Worm, 25m Walking Lunge, 10 Good Mornings with Empty Bar (don’t drop empty bars)

Strength:  Deadlift: 7-7-5-3-1 Each set to be done as heavy as possible, adding weight each set. (Estimated 20 Minutes)

WOD: 5 Rounds for Time:

  • 5 HSPU
  • 7 Front Squats (135/95)
  • 10 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Double Unders
  • Run to the BBQ Pit and Back

Cool Down: Wall Sits:  4X 1:00 on/off
