Warm-up: 800m Run, 3 sets: 10x Russian KB swing, 10x Goblet squat, 10x Good morning (with KB on back or in front).
Strength: Deadlift: Work up to 5RM for the day, then 4×5 @ 90%
Stamina (don’t post on board): 4 Rounds, not for time: 100m Sled Pull (walking forward), 10x Burpee-slam ball-broad jump, 100m Single arm farmer carry (50m / side).
WOD: 20:00 AMRAP “Alter Ego Cindy”:
- 5x Push-up
- 10x Sit-ups
- 15x Air Squat
- 20x Double Unders (40 Singles)
Cool Down: Assault Bike work – EMOM for 10 Minutes: 7/5 Calories
