Strength: Back Squat: 10@50%, 10@65%, 10×65%, 10@65%

Work Capacity: 15 min. AMRAP:

  • 11x Box Jump (24/20)
  • 11x Slam Balls (30+/20+)
  • 11x Sit up with Slam Ball
  • Sprint to the end of the parking lot and back

Cool Down: 6x Supermans (Holding for 10 Seconds), 15 GHD Sit-ups – 2 Rounds
