Warm-up:  Eastside Lap or Run 0.89 to 1 Mile. Bear Crawl 25 Meters, 10 One Step Squats, 20 Lunges 

Strength: Barbell Complex:  Power Clean, Hang Squat Clean, Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 until failure~!

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: Uneven Farmer’s Carry 50 Meters. Rest Between Sets. 

WOD:  AMRAP 20 Minutes:

  • 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
  • 8 Goblet Squats (with KB or DB) (53/35)
  • 6 SDHP (with KB or DB)
  • 30 Double Unders (60 Singles)
  • Run to the end of the parking lot and back (100 yards or so!)
  • Rest 1:00

Cool Down: 3 Mile run – Consistent pace all 3 miles.
