90 Air Squats

80 Ab Mat Sit-ups

70 Step-ups on a Box (24/20)

60 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

50 Slam Balls (30/20)

40 HR Push-ups

30 Burpees

20 GHD Sit-ups (everyone needs to share these!) or Toes to Pole to Scale

10 Pull-ups or Bar MUs
