Warm-up: 3 sets: 250m Row, Bear Crawl Gym, 10x Clapping Push up.
Strength: Bench Press: Work up to 5RM for the day, then 4×5 @ 90%
Stamina (don’t post on board): 5 Rounds, not for time: 30x Deficit push up (6”/3”), 3x Legless rope climb, 50m Gun walk.
WOD: AMRAP 16 minutes
- 10x Clean and Jerk (135/95)
- 10x Box Jump (24/20) (increase by 2 each round!)
- Run to the dumpster and back
Cool Down: Wall Sits: 5 Sets: 1:00 on/off
