Strength: Bench Press 6×4, increase weight slightly from last week (about 2.5-5%). 

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x Weighted dips, 20x Slam Ball, 10x Renegade row. 

WOD: 5 Rounds for time:

  • 8x Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
  • 6x Pull ups
  • 4x HSPUs
  • 40 Double Unders (80 Singles)

Cool Down: 5 Sets: 20 Hollow Rocks, Rest Between Sets.
