Warm-up: Run to Sul Ross, then: 3 Sets: Through Gym Walking lunge, 10x Russian KB Swing, 10x Goblet Squat, 10x Romanian DL with KB 

Strength: Deadlift: 5×5 75% of 1 RM. increase weight slightly from last week (about 2.5-5%). 

Stamina: 3 Rounds, not for time: 400m Run with 45# plate, 40x Slam Ball, 200m Farmer carry (heavy). 

WOD: 5 Rounds, for time: 

  • 400/300m Row 
  • 12x Box Jump(24/20)
  • 12x DB Thruster (35/20)

Cool Down: 6×1:00 on/off Wall Sits
