Strength: Bench Press: 5×5 75% of 1 RM

Stamina: 5 Sets: 12x DB Clean and jerk (50/35), 50m Bear crawl sandbag drag, 16x Deficit push up. 

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9:

  • DB Thruster (35/20)
  • Slam Ball (30/20)
  • GHD Sit up (please share or start on GHDs) or 2X Ab-Mat Sit-ups (42-36-30-24-18)
  • Double Unders or 2X Singles (42-36-30-24-18)

Cool Down: 4 Sets:  20 Hollow Rocks, Rest Between Sets.
