Skill: OHS Review with PVC:  Passthroughs, OHS, Snatch Balance

 

Strength: Overhead Squats – 5,5,3,3,1,1

WOD:

Row 1000 Meters

20 Deadlifts (225/155#), 20 Lateral Jumps, 20 Burpees

Row 500 meters

15 Deadlifts (225/155#), 15 Lateral Jumps, 15 Burpees

Row 250 meters

10 Deadlifts (225/155#), 10 Lateral Jumps, 10 Burpees

 

Cool Down: 25 Ab Mat Sit-ups, 20 Toes to Pole, 15 T2B, 10 K2E, 5 Burpees
