Jog to Colquitt and Back (then switch and partner runs)
Jog to Audley Stop Sign and Back (then switch and partner runs)

(Increase Weight Each Time; First Set should beat least 70% of your regular 3X5 Set)
Aim to set a new 5 Rep Max!!!!!

MOD: Death by Push-ups and Air Squats
*Perform 1 Clapping Push-up and 1 Jumping Squat on Minute 1, Perform 2 Clapping Push-ups and 2 Jumping Squats on Minute 2, Perform 3 Clapping Push-ups and 3 Jumping Squats on Minute 3, keep going until you can not complete the reps in that minute.
