You must be registered via Mind Body so we can set up Heats that will run from 0900 to 1200 p.m. Minimum Donation is $10 to participate; please donate to the link attached or bring $10 cash.
Be a part of the CrossFit Community – this is a great workout in the Format of Fight Gone Bad and our goal is to raise $1000 for this great event. You will absolutely love being part of this day and charity: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
We will have Open Gym on Sunday 10 June 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. for those that want to work on strength/skill or WOD. This does count towards your Punch Card or 3X Week Memberships. Those on Unlimited Memberships are allowed to any and every class.
Three rounds of:
75 pound Power snatch
Box jump, 24″ box
75 pound Thruster
Chest to bar Pull-ups
“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
