Strength: Barbell Complex: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Until Failure
Full Squat Clean, Hang Squat Clean, Thruster
Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 20x Dip, 10x supine ring row with 1 sec. Hold at top, 100m Double arm KB Front rack carry.
WOD: For time:
- 100x Power Cleans (135/95)
*EMOM – 3x Burpee over the bar.
Cool Down: 3 Sets 3 X 20 Hollow Rocks, Rest Between Sets
