Warm-up: 400m Run to JITB, 5 Rounds:  Bear Cindy: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15m Bearcrawl. 400m Run to JITB

Strength: Bench Press: 9-7-5-3: Increase weight slightly from last week on all sets. 

Stamina: 5 Rounds, not for time: 10x weighted Supine grip strict chin up, 20x Alternating knee to elbow push up, 10x Burpee – slamball. 

WOD: 8:00 AMRAP: 

  • 1x Deadlift (315/225) 
  • 5x Toes to Bar
  • 10x Wallballs (20/14)

8:00 AMRAP: 

  • 5x Deficit HSPA (6″)
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans (40/20)
