Warm-up:  3 sets: 50 Double Unders, 10x Russian Kettlebell Swing, 12x Goblet squat, 7x Burpee. 

Strength: Front Squat: 9-7-5-3: Increase weight slightly from last week on all sets.

Stamina: 1 Round, not for time: 800m Farmer carry, 40x Burpee – box step up, 20x DB Burpee. 

W)D: 5 Rounds for time: 

  • 10x DB Thruster (40/25) 
  • 8x Burpee Box Jump (24/20)
  • 6x V-ups
  • Run to Audley (out front) or to Balthazar Cellars (out back)

Cool Down: EMOM10 Max Effort 0:20/Rest 0:40
