Warm-up: 3 Sets: Run Block, 10x Goblet Squat, 16x Jumping lunge, 10x GHD Sit-ups. 

Strength: 5 Sets: 7 Back Squats / 3 Front Squats (increase in weight from last week!)

Stamina: 4 Rounds, not for time: 20x Alternating leg goblet speed skater squats, 5x Burpee broad jump, 10x Sandbag Get up. 

WOD: 21-18-15-12-9: 

  • Double arm Dumbbell Clean from the Ground (45/25) 
  • Plyo Skiers on 45# plates (4 for men / 3 for women) – can share if needed
  • 2x Double unders (42-36-30-24-18) or 3x Singles (63-54-45-36-27)

Cool Down: 4 Sets:  Wall Sits  1:00 on/off
